Hello everyone out there! While I was at home being sick I had some time to read through all my bloggie friends blogs and found something really interesting on Mayzie’s blog! My friend Mayzie is always busy helping other dogs and I wanna do my bit too! Mayzie had a link on her blog to a blog called OH MY DOG and there is something on called a camp-pain against BSL in Denver… Now, we are far, far away from Denver but I made my mum design a card anyway because that is what it is about – she wants to collect a mile of postcards to hopefully stop this madness.

It is really easy! You go to her bloggie, download the postcard template and put a nice pic in there and a few words… And I think every doggie should convince their hoomans to help! It doesn’t matter what breed you are – you might be next!

You also have to read this post on OH MY DOG – it is sooooo cute!

Hi guys!

Here are 2 links I found on one of my friends blogs… She is a city girl who tries to survive with 3 dogs and 6 cats in Malaysia, fosters dogs and writes about animal rights and welfare. So have a look at her BLOG anyway and add it to your bloggie-list, will you?!

“If you haven’t already, please sign the petitions against the establishment of an animal testing facility in Malaysia. Support the use of humane, cruelty-free alternatives to animal testing. There are several! Animal testing is NOT necessary. Say no to cruelty!”

Poo Patrol, we take your crap seriously

Ahhh – we had such a good laugh today, my mum and I!!!! We were searching the net for articles on eco-friendly doggie poo bags. So we clicked away and as it happens came from one page to the next, click, click, click and then there was the “POO PATROL” how could we have possibly resisted that one?! We couldn’t, we had to have a look. Can you believe it? They come to your place and clean up after us dogs! WOW! I mean – come on… Who would pay someone to do that? We dogs, obviously can’t do it alone. Fair enough. Somehow my mum and me think that this is a service for elder people – we can kind of understand this! Or for people that think a big backyard (some think a balcony will do) is all a dog needs. Unfortunately there are heaps of those people in Australia leaving their poor dogs sitting in the backyard all day long. Personally I don’t like using MY backyard as a toilet. So I don’t. But if no one would take me for walkies I would have to whether I like it or not.

But that is off topic. We just wanted to share the link with you guys. It is worth clicking and if it is only for the song!!!!!! So funny!!!!

PS from my mum: If I ever need a poo picking up service I would go for this guys. If they can make a website as funny as the one they have they can only be awesome in what they are doing!!!

Daisy taged me for a Photo meem! Here are the rules:

1. open your most recent photo folder
2. select the tenth photo in the photo folder
3. post the photo and tel the story behind it
4. tag five more peeps or dogs or kitties or rats or hamsters or goats

We didn’t exactly stick to the rules as the tenth picture from the most recent folder was my mom’s favorite food – HALUMI! Squeaky cheese – yuck! If it would have been meat ok but cheese?! On the other hand would it be difficult for anyone to catch my hoomans with a plate full of meat anyway – weirdo plant eaters…

Now here the picture with slightly changed rules. My mom has all her images in a library called Aperture Library. She closed her eyes and randomly selected a folder. Which took a while because she kept hitting the desktop or other things that weren’t photo-folders. And her we go: LITTLE ME! The folder was called Teal’c 5th day Manly regen (German for “rain”). I can’t really remember that day – I was too little but I remember that there was a woman in the back of the car with me playing with me all the time. That made me so perfectly tired that my mom could have lunch in Manly while I was sleeping in the car. She checked on me every 5 minutes but apparently I didn’t move. The lady in the car is the mother of a German friend of my mom. They were in Sydney when my hoomans rescued me and there were the first ones to find out about me as new family addition… “Sorry we gotta cancel the dinner tonight – we just got a dog!”

See how I have already started to chew the sides of my little basked thingy?!

Finally my mom has some time to help me with my “thank you for thinking of me” post! Ages ago I got this award from HERO THE SHARPEI and KASHA THE DAINTY GREAT DANE – It’s the Happy 101 Sweet Friends Award! WOW! Thank you guys!!! It would be so pawesome if we all just could meet and have a big walk and play.
So – what were the rules of the award?!

So what have I already done today?! I had my chicken wing for breakfast – that counts a a small bone. I’m sitting next to my moms desk at the moment. We went for a walk with one of my girlfriends and met lot’s of other friends on the way. I have a big tire in the backyard I’ll take care of later and sure I can find something to be moody about later… So all in all a successful day so far. Just no Rudeltime as the Rudel is still incomplete.

Ohhh – I got an award from Daisy! Now I’ a truly happy dog… I was kinda upset with Missy Daisy because all her Valentines love was only for Dozer But now it is all good!!!! I got the sunshine award from her and I’m supposed to give it to 12 of my bloggie friends! That is not easy but I’ll try and it will of course not be in any particular order and all the ones I don’t mention today would be on the list if it was longer!!!

Hello everyone! It is Valentines Day soon – that is the day when hoomans that love each other give flowers to each other… Well, at least that is how I understand it. Now, I’m a doggy and I do not need no flowers and there are other animals that don’t need flowers either but could do with a bunch of green stuff!
Me and my hoomans support a organization called ANIMALS ASIA FOUNDATION and there we have fallen in love with the Moon Bears. That means I have an adoptive sister called Heather and she and her brothers and sisters need food.
So let’s all convince our hoomans not to buy flowers for Valentines Day but a bunch of browse for the bears – how does that sound? It is a one off thing for AD 25 and will make a bear very happy!!!!!!
What better way to send your love than by helping the bears and spreading the word about their plight?

Sadly the bears rescued from bile farms could never survive in the wild – browse gives them a precious taste of the forests. And all this helps to keep their recovering minds and bodies active.

I’m so incredible proud of myself – I entered the very first competition in my little doggy life and I came 3rd at the “Mango Minster 2010“ Sporty Dogs Picture competition. Isn’t that cool?
Hey Moose and Mango! (and all hoomans involved) Thanks for liking my picture so much. I still can’t believe it! I won, won, won! My 1st competition and I won. Ok – let’s be fair, FIONA won. Her picture is just gorgeous and she seems to be flying through the white cold stuff I have never seen in reality…

So incredibly graceful! I want to meet this girl!!!!

2nd came BRUTUS the Pug. Jumping like a star – a well deserved victory! And as I could see on his blog – he writes on a Mac, he must be cool!

For third place… T-e-a-l-c! “I have to spell it because I don’t know how to say it! He is from Oz and is an awesome swimmer! Those are actual waves he was swimming in and there were probably sharks around and who knows maybe a croc or too! Crikey! Very brave and sporty guy! Plus, rumor has it that he can become invisible for short periods while his mom is on Skype. You will have to check out his blog for the details!”
Oh yeah – those waters around Sydney are VERY dangerous but as you all know I love to impress the ladies and a pic like that does the job perfectly! Being an Aussie I have to be a good swimmer, that comes naturally to us. Pretty much with our moms milk (if you can use that in English as well). If you don’t like the water hoomans and dogs will laugh at you. Can’t let that happen – hey?! Oh and my name… I guess in English you just pronounce it as it is spelt. Tealc. That reminds me that my mom wanted to write a post and explain where it came from… It’s going to be on top of the list now!
