Germany vs OZ part 1
26.02.10 # 14:38 # Me, Teal'c # 7 CommentsHello everyone!!! I know I haven’t been visiting all your bloggies lately but my mom is too far away and my dad is not the blogger kind of hooman and both of them are very protective over their Mac’s. They say my paws are too big to type! PAH.
Anyway – here I am and I just got an e-mail. Again featuring that Vizla girl (I think Dennis thinks she is very hot!) in the forest. My mom keeps telling me how cool German forests are. You can take your dogs there off leash all the time and they are big. Oh how much fun that would be running around the trees and having some fun playing hide and seek with my hoomans. I mean I love the ocean and the doggy beaches in OZ but a big forest sounds rather tempting to me. In Australia they are not so nice to us doggies. We don’t seem as much part of the family as the German dogs. Over there you can take your dog almost everywhere. I mean, how cool would that be? I could even go shopping with my mom (well except from supermarkets of course)… But I’m here and she is over there and I can’t be there because I couldn’t go back so I’ll have to sit and wait and hope that my mom comes home at some point…
So here are a few more pics from my mom being overseas with a strange dog…

Hey Mr Teal’C

Why is this dog hide herself in the white stuff? Is this chick affraid of the forest? Or is there anything hidden underneath? Mmmm – Maybe it’s kind of the white thingy in you friends house – this one where the turkey stripes come out?!
Glad you’re feeling good and your dad is back home!
Right know I wish I could send my little bro on vacation….he’s changing his chewing arrangements…Seems to be painful (glad I can’t remember that part) and my humans are not happy about the fakt that he scrunces everything
Hi Paw from OC California
Oh Teal’c – my human so agrees with your Mum!! She often wishes that she was living in Europe because they are SO dog-friendly there and let dogs go everywhere with their humans and it’s no big deal. If it wasn’t so expensive (and stressful) for me to go in a Big Flying Machine (and if we weren’t so far away so the journey wouldn’t be so many hours!) then she would love to take me on a trip there.
Well, am glad she’s having some doggie fun – even if it’s not with you!
Slobbers,
Honey the Great Dane
She hiding from the boar? The vizsla doggies are quite springy for sure. Germany sounds like a great place. Too bad it is so far from Oz.
Slobbers,
mango
Yes they like dogs there, except I am not sure how all the countries feel about us pibbles. Do you?
hello teal’c its dennis the vizsla dog hay ummmm no no it is not that i think she is hot it is that she ummmm has a grate persunality!!! yeah thats the ticket!!! ok bye
Shiloh – you could be right… That stuff is cold and white so it could be like the thing in the house that makes bones and meat… Ohhh – I wish I could talk to her!!! I hope your brother stops soon with the chewing. Does he try to blame you!?
Mango – she just got a little nervous before the boar came. Or at least that is what my mom told me… Apparently she would try to case a dear but with the boar she stayed close. My dad wanted to get closer but my mom said no. Boars can get really grumpy… Do you have them?!
Hiya Daisy and Honey! Yep, Europe sounds like a fun place… But it is not only the flight you also can’t get back into Australia easily…
All the quarantine stuff… When it comes to us “fighting dogs” most parts of Germany are fairly relaxed. The rule is that bigger dogs have to obey certain rules but not just one breed. Thinks might have changed since my mom lives down under but before it was ok. And it is easy to find a house with a dog as well.
@Dennis – grate persunality, hey?!
pitbull puppy training…
Great post and some useful advice….
