If you want to do something good for the doggie shelter my mom supports how about you do some washing?! It is quite an easy but effective way to help them to manage there workload… They have so much blankets, towels and sheets that need washing and don’t have enough space to dry them afterwards. So the people working and volunteering there take some home and my mom also tries to pick a load up once a week. The great thing about Monika’s is that she changes the sheets every day! That is a LOT of washing to keep all the doggies happy and in a clean environment.
So if you want to help there are 3 ways:
1: log on to Monika’s page and see if you can make it there to pick up some washing. The shelter is located at 2 McCowan Rd cnr Bloodwood Rd, Inglesid (Sydney’s Northern Beaches) CLICK HERE FOR DIRECTIONS
2. if you live in Alexandria or surrounding suburbs contact me (write a comment) and my mom will get back to you asap. You can tell her how much washing you are prepared to do and she will drop it off at your place and pick it up again once it is done.
